impression: i like how diverse the characters are in the story. there are about 6 main different characters  from the first 30 chapters. each one of them has his own mindset and ideals. what this story excels the most is the cast. each one of them might not have that much of complexity, but the fact each of them is different and you see the story goes in nice blend.it is the difference that makes the drama shine in the story. this type of complexity is not often found in anime but in few cases. the story also have political themes.a

my random thoughts for evergarden as of ep 3: meh characters+ok plot+great animation= interesting show the premise is simple and low scaled. it is about an autistic , maybe retard girl, that behave like robot. she has mechanical arms. she just want to understand the meaning of "i love you". it was told to her by some one she respect. the animation can mislead others to think this is awesome and exciting plot. it is just something new. i have never seen awesome production values being thrown into an ok plot,for a tv show anyway. i watched this show firstly because of the production values. i stayed for that and for the plot as well.the characters arent good,but plot is interesting to see where and how this girl is going to find the answer to her question. the show is drama

I made something pointless. I gathered 20 people i know and put their manga scores in a list. i also put MAL score to see the difference. Among the ones i counted so far, only one manga was underrated. Top 40 Manga with at least 7 votes Most overrated manga Of course this list is 100 % not accurate. It is just a representation of some group`s taste. I didn`t put many manga, just the ones in top of my head. I didnt have many people get votes for other manga. i hate this word so much. here i will explain why i hate it. moe is broad definition. so when many people use it in discussion with their own definition, it kind off create this misunderstanding between me and the other person.  it is like using the word animation. "i hate animation" what does that even mean?? 2d animation? cgi? japanese animation? cartoons? .... one example A: i like that show because it is not moe B: why? why does it have to be not moe to like it? A: because moe are cute one dimenional characters B: so if a character is good and cute it cant be moe? A: correct B: ..... so made in abyss doesnt have moe characters? A: yes....wait....
